Duathlon

 Yesterday it was the Belfast school duathlon. I was with Blaike he was running and I was Biking.         When it was mine and Blaike's turn 3 2 1 go Blaike sprant the first lap then I biked two laps as fast as I can then he sprant the last two laps we did well I think we came around the middle
